Categories
There are 20 categories in the International Visual Identity Awards design competition. When entering, please choose the most appropriate category for your design work. We reserve the right to re-categorize your work should we feel it to be necessary. You will be judged against design work submitted into the same category.
One winner and a second and third place runner-up will be announced in each category. One overall winner receives the title of 'Visual Identity of the Year'.
Winners are announced on the IVIA website and by email and will receive an official certificate, as well as a badge to display on their website and marketing collateral.

Call for judges
Take a look at many design competitions and one common thread emerges. Many of the judges are drawn from the city where the competition has its main office. Now, whilst that's convenient, it doesn't bode well for those competitions that lay claim to be international in their focus.
Although we are based in one of the world's leading cities for design, we want our judging panel to be drawn from all four corners of the globe. And you could be one of them.
